Molly Tarlov (born November 11 in 1981) is an American actress, best known in 2011 for her portrayal in the role of Sadie Saxton on the television comedy-drama program Awkward. Tarlov was one of two daughters who was born and raised by her parents in Manhattan. At the age of 10, Tarlov played her role as Mrs. Peterson as part of an Little Red School House production of Bye Bye Birdie. This was a hugely praised performance by an audience comprised of seventh graders. As she grew older, she spent the summers in Paris in Paris with NYU Tisch's Tisch School of the Arts in Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College granted her a bachelor's degree in theater. The Atlantic Theater Company was another place she studied. Molly also integrated writing into her performance in the LAByrinth Theatre master course. Molly swapped her black winter coat in exchange to get a pair of sunglasses in black and set off for Los Angeles. A short, three-word segment in iCarly immediately caught the attention at her family members. Since then, she's made many television appearances. Her most recent was a creation of Caitlin's character on Winnie Woodman as well as Savannah Dooley ABC Family's series Huge. Molly is a pro basketball player who is convinced that she's much better than she is. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
