She is most famous for her performance as Marina Cooper, on Guiding Light's soap series. Additionally, she is known for her role as Marcy Bender on Dawson's Creek. She appeared in 2 episodes on Showtime's Weeds together with Mary Louise Parker. The actress is known for portraying Judy Kramer on Fox's 2005 Point Pleasant series and Marcy in Dawson's Creek. In the Guiding Light soap show, she played Marina Cooper. This role was a winner of an award by Soap Opera Digest in 2003 as Outstanding Newcomer. Dollar also played Cindy Thomas, the ABC TV show's female lead from 2007 to 2008. Dollar starred as Happy Valley, a pilot for NBC in 2012. The show was never renewed.
